When I started taking photos I didn’t have any professional training. I was taking them simply for fun. In fact most of the first photos that I ever took are somewhere in my scrap book. Next you should always stay in focus. This is a powerful lesson. You want your images to look as natural as they come. An ideal focus will ensure that you attain exactly that. Therefore ensure that you get your object on focus before your capture it.
Apart from all these, you should balance your object in the frame. You don’t want your object to be so much on one side of the frame, especially if you are a beginner. You also don’t want to chop off a limb or some part of your object. Therefore you should strive so much to balance it in there. I would suggest using a digital camera with an LCD viewfinder as it is very easy to use.
Again you should think about the lighting and exposure. It will make the difference between a blurred image and a crystal clear image.
As if that is not enough the one basic rule that every photographer should know is to keep the camera shake as negligible as possible.
